As principal, Colleen recruits upper and middle management talent for healthcare and life sciences, private equity, and technology companies. Her responsibilities span the full cycle of a search, from crafting search strategies to research to vetting candidates. She is passionate about building meaningful professional connections that have the potential to change lives and drive exceptional business performance.
Her professional experience includes work as principal in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at TEG Consulting's sister company Acertitude and as marketing director of TEG Consulting. She also has experience in the medical devices space as a nationally ranked sales and training representative with C.R. Bard. Her career achievements include being a five time President's Club member at C.R. Bard and ranking in the top ten percent nationally in sales force with the company, Cable & Wireless. Colleen has a degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
Balance of life is paramount to Colleen. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys family time with her husband and two sons along with a range of hobbies. She is an avid tennis player who thrives on competition, whether at her local tennis club or USTA leagues. A self-described ‘foodie,’ she is passionate about discovering new restaurants. Reading great novels is also on the list of her favorite pastimes.
