As principal, Kristin teams up with our partners to ensure exceptional execution of searches across finance, software, managed services, and telecom. Along with her remarkable interpersonal skills, she is a strong project manager who works tirelessly to accelerate the execution of every engagement.
Prior to TEG Consulting, Kristin effortlessly transitioned into TEG through applying talents from earlier roles in client management. Previously, she was the assistant director of career services and corporate relations at Babson College and the associate vice president of institutional client service for investment management firm State Street Research (BlackRock). These experiences made her adept at addressing the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders. Kristin received a degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
The value of her people skills is not to be underestimated outside of work; Kristin tells us her secret skill is talking her way into first class. Kristin’s family life is an active one; even at home, she is constantly on the road. Big sports fans, you typically find her piling her gang into the car to support their favorite teams. Whether it is hockey, lacrosse, or soccer games, we can guarantee they will be the loudest teams in the crowd.
