Sarah McCullough is managing partner at TEG Consulting with over 20 years of experience in executive search. She serves as a trusted advisor to her clients, connecting top talent to drive value creation across disruptive technology, infrastructure, and private equity companies. Her expertise spans many functions including go-to-market (GTM), IT, and operations.
Outside of her executive search practice, Sarah runs TEG’s high-volume recruitment division, providing talent engines for expanding or evolving GTM teams, and leads the CIO/CTO practice across all verticals. Sarah also holds responsibility for the firm's delivery strategy, execution team, and many key account relationships, ensuring an unsurpassed search experience for our clients.
Prior to TEG Consulting, Sarah spent time in senior management roles of increasing responsibility at Cable & Wireless, following a sales track with Reprographic Technologies and Temps & Co. She graduated from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in history.
