Sarah McCullough is a managing partner at TEG Consulting with 20 years of experience connecting top talent with disruptive technology and healthcare businesses, frequently backed by private equity and venture capital.
She leads senior management searches and large-scale recruitment projects for finance, marketing, operations, sales, and technology talent, with an emphasis on the CIO/CTO function. Sarah also holds responsibility for the firm's delivery strategy, execution team, and many key client relationships.
Prior to TEG Consulting, Sarah spent six years in senior management roles of increasing responsibility at Cable & Wireless, following a sales track with Reprographic Technologies and Temps & Co. She graduated from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in history.
When she is not working her network to unearth the perfect candidate slate, you can find Sarah with her husband Ted chasing after their two kids at soccer fields and hockey rinks. And on more adventurous days, heading out to ski the black diamonds on the North Face in Crested Butte, Colorado (her happy place).
