Outside work, she dreams up all sorts of tasty meals in the kitchen and spends time at CrossFit working on breaking her personal records — like deadlifting 200 pounds. Whoa.

Kristin Hobkirk is a Senior Project Manager at TEG Consulting, where she supports executive and management-level searches across the technology, healthcare, and professional services sectors. She supports every stage of the search process, coordinating communications and scheduling, managing deliverables, and ensuring seamless experience for clients and candidates. Passionate about continuous improvement, Kristin is always seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate the client and candidate experience.

Kristin brings more than 20 years of project management and event leadership experience with globally recognized brands, including Disney, Marriott, and Omni Hotels. Throughout her career, she has led the planning and execution of large-scale conferences, trade shows, and high-touch networking events for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations, professional associations, and social groups. Along the way, she's also planned weddings for several hundred couples. Her expertise spans end-to-end event management, including logistics, vendor and speaker relations, content development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership. Known for her organization, problem-solving approach, and attention to detail, Kristin consistently exceeded client satisfaction and revenue goals while managing complex, high-visibility initiatives.

A New Jersey native, Kristin lives with her husband, young daughter, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through CrossFit, exploring local restaurants and farmers’ markets, and spending time outdoors. Her greatest joy is creating lasting memories and traditions with family and friends.
