Sarah Poland is a chief of staff and administration with 20+ years of experience in project management, administration, and client relationship management at the executive level.
At TEG Consulting, Sarah keeps delivery teams aligned and accountable to commitments and brings a strong sense of urgency to search engagements. Known for her ability to prioritize competing demands, manage critical details, and foster collaboration across teams, Sarah consistently elevates productivity and execution. In addition to overseeing project delivery, she leads process improvement initiatives, champions best practices, and manages the firm’s project management and research functions. Before being promoted to Chief of Staff, Sarah served as a Senior Project Manager, where she developed deep expertise in search execution and team leadership.
Sarah brings experience in executive search and professional services, along with a strong understanding of the pace, complexity, and evolving demands that define the technology, professional services, and private equity sectors. Prior to joining TEG, she served as Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Acertitude. Throughout her career, Sarah has held a variety of roles, each rooted in a common passion: enabling teams to succeed, fostering meaningful connections, and helping organizations operate at their best.
Sarah calls the Rhode Island coast home. Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of coastal life, whether exploring the local community, spending time outdoors, or adventuring around town with her trusty four-legged companion, Koda.
