The Big Dreamer
Emily is someone who dreams big and works hard. This has led to 16 swim team records that still stand and qualifying for the Canadian Olympic trials in the 1500-meter freestyle. Adding to her talents, Emily loves to scrapbook, practice calligraphy, and do interior design. Combining the drive of a champion with her genuine care for others, she is well suited for her role as Senior Project Manager at TEG.

Emily serves as Senior Project Manager at TEG Consulting, where she oversees communications, scheduling, and key deliverables to ensure process excellence across every search she supports. In her role, Emily drives disciplined execution—keeping timelines on track, thoughtfully incorporating feedback, and maintaining a strong, seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Emily joined TEG in 2022 as a Project Manager and has steadily expanded her scope and impact over the past four years. She is known as a steady and trusted presence on the team, bringing a calm, solution-oriented mindset to an ever-evolving set of priorities and helping translate complexity into clear, actionable next steps.
On the weekends, Emily finds any excuse to be outside – from skiing in the winter to biking and hiking local trails in the warmer months, often accompanied by her mini dachshund, Bear. She will never say no to trying a new local eating spot or a game night with friends.
