Carol has an insatiable desire to learn and experience new things. She is constantly seeking out new trends and finding perfectly qualified candidates to fulfill her clients’ ambitions. Her love for adventure has also led her to roam the world extensively, even remote destinations like New Zealand, from which she brought home her now-husband of 30+ years as a souvenir (way better than a T-shirt).

Carol is a highly experienced executive search leader focused on technology and professional services, including cloud, digital infrastructure, technology services, and SaaS. As principal at TEG Consulting, she uses 20+ years of recruiting experience to deliver on searches for financial, marketing, sales, and operations talent. She enjoys partnering with leaders of public, private, private equity and venture-backed companies.
Prior to joining TEG in 1998, Carol spent over a decade in the communications industry, promoted through a series of sales leadership roles. She earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in business from Old Dominion University.
Carol and her husband live nearby Washington, DC. An art collector, you will spot originals on the walls of their home or one of Carol’s own creations. She is also known to walk 5 miles every day with her Australian Shepherd, Gus.
