Jerry is a principal at TEG Consulting with over 20 years of recruitment experience. He specializes in helping technology companies — spanning cloud, communications, data center, and technology services — recruit sales, marketing, and operations talent.
In his role, Jerry partners closely with hiring managers to attract the best and brightest talent in the market. He identifies high performers by thoroughly getting to know his clients’ businesses and cultures. Likewise, he spends time really getting to know candidates to ensure they bring the right skills and fit the culture.
Prior to TEG, Jerry spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry, most recently as corporate recruiter for a FORTUNE 1000 telecom company. There, he built the sales organization and managed the recruitment process from start to finish. He previously advanced through a number of sales and management roles for an outsourcing solutions company.
While Jerry lives in Iowa, he remains a true fan of the NY Yankees and Minnesota Vikings since early childhood. In his leisure time, family is at the top of his priority list. You can most likely find Jerry, his wife, and two kids sinking putts on one of the local golf courses or taking off for a weekend getaway in their camper on out of the office days.
