Ethel’s journey runs the gamut from professional experiences including attending meetings with Margaret Thatcher and arranging travel for Vladimir Putin to personal adventures like glider flying over the Tetons in Jackson Hole, WY. Many of the experiences have unenabled Ethel to hone her impressive career to her current responsibilities, especially her strong research, communication, and project management skills. All reflective of her unwavering ability to remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure.

As senior project manager, Ethel is responsible for ensuring we deliver a seamless search experience for each of our client engagements. Her responsibilities range from managing progress and deliverables, to establishing effective communication or preparing reports. Overall, it's clear that Ethel's passion for providing the best search for both our clients and candidates translates every step of the way.
Prior to joining TEG Consulting, Ethel was event coordinator for Linder Global Events where she planned and managed events spanning 300 person conferences to 8,000 person festivals and budgets up to $1 million. Her past roles also include patient liaison for the launch of Signature MD Concierge Services, and assistant director of seminars and conferences for the prestigious American Enterprise Institute. Ethel began her career as press assistant to the communications director of the G7 Economic Summit and the press secretary of the office of the vice president at The White House. Ethel received a degree in History from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, Ethel enjoys traveling and playing pickleball and paddle with friends and family. She also values spending time on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where she enjoys the outdoors with family and her beloved black lab.
