As Partner, Marci has 25+ years of experience working with investors, CEOs, and executive leaders. She partners with her clients to construct high-performing companies, ensuring they are equipped with exceptional talent to lead them. Having completed hundreds of searches, Marci is highly experienced in digital infrastructure and technology, digital health, SaaS, professional services, and private equity industries. Her clients range from private equity firms and their portfolio companies to large enterprises and startups. Marci also brings expertise in uncovering diverse candidates in these sectors.

Marci first joined TEG Consulting in 1996 and played an instrumental role in helping the firm achieve exceptional growth for two decades. Marci has also been the Founder & CEO of Appointed Partners, a talent solutions firm focused on coaching Board and C-level executives in achieving their career aspirations. Earlier in her career, Marci spent eight years in leadership roles with global telecommunications leader, Cable & Wireless. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

On weekends, you can find Marci spending quality time with family and friends at the beach, boating, taking long walks with her dog Bently, or planning her next adventure. Marci is happiest when she is solving challenging problems, engaging in purposeful conversation and connections, and surrounded by the people she loves.
